Pyin Oo Lwin

Founded by the British in 1896, the town was originally called Maymyo. Pyin Oo Lwin was famous mostly for its fruit, jams, vegetables and fruit wines.

Magwe

Magwe town, west-central of Myanmar (Burma). Magwe’s locale on the Ayeyarwady River is nice enough, as is the impressive 1.8-mile Magwe Bridge.

Mogoke

The "Valley of Rubies", the mountainous Mogok area, 200 km (120 mi) north of Mandalay, is noted as the original source of ruby including the world's finest "pigeon's blood" rubies as well as the world's most beautiful sapphires in "royal" blue.

Dawei

Dawei is a beautiful green city hidden beneath the coconut palms of Southern Myanmar .

Thandwe

Formerly known as Sandoway, Thandwe located in the westernmost part of Myanmar.

Putao

Putao is a small town situated in the far north of Kachin state.

Myeik

Located in the extreme south of the country on the coast of an island on the Andaman Sea.

Mindat

Mindat township situated in the western Chin State and the southern Chin Hill.
